Peak Resources Limited founder and CEO Jaspit Kaur is a strong believer in empowering women and creating opportunities for people with disabilities (PWD). Jaspit is a member of Women in Technology Africa initiative (AWICT) and is certified by (AGPO) special groups for Women in Kenya which supports fair, equitable, transparent, and cost effective public procurement of goods and services. Peak Resources Ltd has successfully trained and promoted many women from engineers, technicians and installers from within the ranks of the Company and is proud to have a female CEO to inspire women in a male dominated industry

About our Founder & CEO

A certified ACCA accountant by profession who decided to venture into ICT in 2016 after working as an accountant for several top Kenyan firms. She developed a taste for ICT following her role as a financial officer for Mitsuminet and FCO for Decko Limited, leading ICT infrastructure companies in Kenya which provided her the experience and confidence to embark on her own journey. Through sheer determination, she managed to secure a small project as a sub-contractor to lay fibre optic cables. Five years down the line and determined to succeed, Jaspit has successfully laid hundreds of kilometers of fibre cable and built ‘end to end’ networks working humbly behind the scenes as a subcontractor for leading telco infrastructure construction companies in Kenya.
